Medical Professional Referral

All first-time guests of the Ronald McDonald House must be referred by a medical professional familiar with the patient's situation.  This category would include all doctors, nurses, social workers, and Patient Resource Managers affiliated with each patient.  Note that a referral does not guarantee a reservation. Please complete the Medical Referral Form, submit by e-mail, fax, or mail. Once the Referral Form is received, your family will be contacted by letter or e-mail to confirm or waitlist the reservation request based on room availability.  If your patient is currently in Durham, assume an automatic waitlisted status.
