Noodles & Company VOLUNTEER WILL NEED TO PICK UP THE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Karen-

OK, that sounds great. I am thinking if you could pick it up from our restaurant, that would be ideal, since to your point, that is right in the middle of our dinner rush. Does a 5:45 pick up time sound good for you?

As for the food, here is what I am thinking to feed 50 people. We will do our Square Bowls, which each feed around 5 people:

· 4 Macaroni & Cheese

· 2 Penne Rosa with Parmesan Encrusted chicken breast

· 2 Japanese Pan Noodle with Sautéed beef

· 1 Med Salad

· 1 Chinese Chop Salad

If that looks good to you, we’ll lock it down on our end.

Hope all is well, and you are off to a great week.

Regarding the food donation to the families, let’s plan on Tuesday, October 5th! I have copied Matt Whisenant on this email as well, he is our outstanding General Manager at our Durham restaurant and he will be helping us execute the donation.

Can you remind me how many people we will need to feed?

Also, at what time do you need the food, and would you like an assortment of our square bowls (Each square bowl feeds 3-4 people each, I can put together an assortment) or would you like to choose the square bowl entrees you are interested in? We have square bowls information on our website if you’d like to check it out…

Hey Karen-

I am going to go ahead and mail you out 200 of the Free Bowl/Menu Pieces (see attached for what they will look like).

These should get us through August and September, then we can touch base mid-September to get you the bowl cards/menus for the remainder for the year.

The versions I am sending you expire 9/30, then once we have a new version with a 12/31 expiration, I will get those sent out to you as well.

I will also order you the following for BINGO (many of these items will arrive to you in a separate box from our warehouse):

· 50 temporary tattoos

· 25 Free Bowl of Noodles Coupons

· 25 Buy One, Get One Free Coupons

· 6 water bottles

· 6 yo yos

· 6 harmonicas

· 6 t-shirts

As for the meal, can you do me a favor and look at your calendar and shoot over a date that might work for you? Mondays or Tuesday nights work best for us, as we are a bit slower in the restaurant. Also, let me know how many people you’ll need fed, and if you have a specific order, or just want a variety.
