RMHD Welcomes New Executive Director

The Ronald McDonald House of Durham (RMHD) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Executive Director, Oie Osterkamp, effective February 13, 2012.  Prior to joining the Ronald McDonald House of Durham, Mr. Osterkamp founded Sharefish, a 501(c)3 non-profit, with a vision to make a difference and break the cycle of poverty through education in remote villages in Honduras.  In addition, Mr. Osterkamp founded The Poplar Group to help companies and employees uncover their potential, clarify purpose and strategy, and implement action steps to improve processes, productivity, and profitability.  Mr. Osterkamp has lived and been deeply involved in the Triangle community for over 23 years. He resides in Raleigh with his wife, Becky and four-year old son Oren.
